The Central Illinois CPCU Society Chapter is pleased to deliver this free virtual lunch event on December 9th, 2025. We will welcome Daniel Tevin and Carly Seaman from Verisk as our speakers! Tune in to discover how evolving trends in pet ownership, emerging risks, and innovative solutions are shaping the pet industry.

Speakers:

Daniel Tevin is a senior manager of personal lines actuarial products at Verisk, where his team oversees the actuarial components of the ISO Pet Insurance Program alongside a range of other exciting initiatives. Since joining Verisk in 2020, Daniel has played a key role in developing new Homeowners coverages and conducting analyses related to evolving wildfire risk. He brings over six years of prior experience in the insurance carrier space and holds the designations of Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).

Carly Seaman is a senior manager of personal lines coverage products at Verisk. Her team works on the research, development, and implementation of new and revised pet, personal auto, personal umbrella and motorcycle products. Carly began her career with Verisk in 2011 in the personal auto division. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from New York University.
