We will welcome Evan Manning, Director of Government Relations for the Big I IL, to give a legislative update. Evan’s extensive experience in government relations, coupled with his dedication to advancing the insurance profession, makes him a trusted advocate and a respected leader within the Illinois insurance community.

Speaker:

Evan Manning is the Director of Government Relations for the Big I IL, where he leads advocacy efforts on behalf of the association and its members. With over 12 years of experience working in and around Illinois state government, Evan has developed a deep understanding of the state's insurance policy and regulatory landscape. His expertise spans across property, casualty, life, and health insurance, making him a key player in shaping legislation that impacts the insurance industry.

In addition to his role with the Big I IL, Evan serves as the state lobbyist for several prominent organizations, including the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of Illinois (NAIFA-IL), the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals of Illinois (NABIP-IL), and the Illinois Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (IAMIC). Through these roles, Evan represents the interests of a diverse range of insurance professionals, working to ensure that Illinois remains a favorable environment for the insurance industry and its clients.
